Our 30-day promise
We want you to love your Couples Massage Night cradle. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or
- it isn't the color you ordered, and
- the original packaging is intact.
To start, email support@couplesmassagenight.com with your order number (starts with CMN-) and a photo or short video showing the reason. Our team will guide you from there.
Chose the wrong color? Email us before your order ships and we'll switch it at no cost. Please double-check your color (Sage, Stone Grey, or Charcoal) before ordering.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error — a damaged, defective, or wrong item — we cover return shipping. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping; we recommend a tracked service so we can confirm receipt of your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and the status of your refund. If approved, the amount goes back to your original payment method automatically.
Late or missing refunds
Banks can take 2–3 business days to post a refund after we issue it. If you haven't seen it after that, email us and we'll investigate right away.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you — no need to send anything back first. We review the carrier's tracking and delivery timestamps when assessing claims.
